Lead Assistant, Phlebotomy Assistant
After completing my health studies, I started working as a nurse in the trauma department. During my years at the clinic, I had the opportunity to establish a knowledge base through various cases and medical histories, which I could build upon with my later experiences.
I then continued my work in private healthcare, serving as a lead assistant for twelve years. This period provided me with a comprehensive and diverse perspective on all levels of outpatient care, from organization to the practical implementation of full assistant and administrative tasks related to laboratory and specialist examinations.
In the meantime, I gained many years of experience in the field of occupational health primary care. This included daily communication with employer companies and institutions, organizing and assisting with a significant number of occupational health examinations.
In both my clinical and private healthcare activities, my primary perspective has been a person-centered, empathetic approach, guided by a desire for compromise and solutions.
It is an important and fundamental requirement for me to perform my work to the best of my ability and to utilize my professional experiences for the benefit of my patients.
"My motto: the patient should be the first and most important."
