Dr. Galzó Orsolya

I am Dr. Orsolya Galzó, a general practitioner and occupational health specialist. I obtained my general medical degree from the University of Szeged in 2010. I specialized in family medicine in 2014 and in occupational health in 2017. I chose these two specializations due to my holistic approach, as I believe it is important to address the whole person rather than just focusing on a specific organ or disease.

My main areas of interest are psychosomatics, prevention, and lifestyle medicine.

My goal is to raise awareness among employees about the importance of prevention and a healthy lifestyle. In terms of our health, our daily habits and the lifestyle we lead are much more determining than inherited genetic factors. This is also supported by the latest epigenetic research, which examines the environmental factors that influence the functioning of genetic material.

Occupational health care is not just about mandatory fitness examinations for work. Regular check-ups allow for the assessment of various health risk factors, the identification of disease-preventive conditions, and the early detection of diseases. During fitness examinations, in addition to the basic health assessment and instrumental examinations, we also conduct necessary supplementary tests (such as ECG, audiometry, and spirometry) on-site.

Additionally, at PrimaClinic, we offer the opportunity to perform laboratory tests required or recommended for specific job roles. This also supports a prompt return to work, which can be crucial for both employers and employees.
